The FAHU, from Euroclima (Italy), is equipped with a Heat Recovery Wheel (HRW) with a high efficiency of 70% and is connected to Samsung Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) group for maximum energy efficiency.
The FAHU is fitted with a pre-filter of MERV-8 rating and a final filter of MERV-14 rating. These filters, manufactured by Camfil (Sweden), are of high quality and exceed Authority requirements. The entire HVAC system uses R410a refrigerant and all equipment are ESMA certified.
Common areas are air conditioned by the VRF technology from Samsung (Korea) and is centrally monitored and controlled; all apartments are air conditioned by DX units with digital inverter system from Samsung (Korea).

The pool water will be regularly tested and cleaned as per latest International standards and Dubai Municipality regulations.
